An X-ray fluorescence microscopy technique has created this beautiful image of the beneficial elements within a tadpole. We loved it so much we printed it onto a scarf for everyone to enjoy. The vibrant colours reveal where sulphur, selenium and zinc are found. The image was created using ANSTO’s Australian Synchrotron in collaboration with Griffith University, and the University of South Australia. The slightly sheer scarf is made of modal - a type of rayon.
